We want our refund policy to be transparent and fair to all our users. By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to this Refund Policy. 1. General Policy Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate allocation of server resources, AI processing, and feature access upon purchase, most services are non-refundable. This includes subscription fees and digital product purchases. The primary exception to this rule is the unused balance in your user Wallet, which you have personally deposited. 2. Non-Refundable Services The following services are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is completed: Subscription Plan Fees: All payments for "Pro" and "Creator" plans (whether monthly, yearly, or lifetime) are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to premium features, website limits, and word limits, and this access cannot be revoked. Marketplace Product Purchases: All sales of digital scripts and templates from the marketplace are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, the product is considered "used," and the creator has already earned their commission. AI Word Pack Purchases: Payments for extra AI prompt words are non-refundable as they are credited to your account instantly. Custom Domain Fees: Fees for custom domain registration or hosting setups are non-refundable as these are paid to third-party registrars. 3. Refundable Items: Unused Wallet Funds The only funds eligible for a refund are the unused funds in your main Wallet Balance that you have personally deposited. "Unused" means funds you added to your wallet (e.g., via Paytm) that have not been spent on a Subscription Plan or Marketplace Product. "Creator Earnings" are not "deposits" and are not subject to this refund policy. Creator earnings must be withdrawn via the "Payouts" system in the Creator Hub. 4. How to Request a Refund (for Wallet Balance) Log in to your account and navigate to the "My Wallet" page. Use the "Request Withdrawal" form to submit your request. All withdrawal requests are processed manually and are subject to review to ensure the funds are unused deposits. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in refunds due to incorrect payment information provided by the user. 5.
